This holiday season, help us make a difference
by feeding those in need in downtown Greensboro.
It’s getting colder, and so many in our community are facing tough times. This initiative is our way of lending a hand—sharing warm meals and hot drinks with those who need them most.
We hope it’s more than just a meal. It’s a chance to bring people together, inspire others to give back, and show that small actions can make a big difference. Programs like our $10 Plate, where anyone can donate to feed someone in need, are just one of the ways we strive to give back to Greensboro.

Donate Items:
Before the event, we’re collecting donations of sandwich ingredients (like bread, ham, mayo) and optional extras like chips, muffins, or granola bars. -
Assemble Sandwiches:
On December 14, volunteers will gather at Filter at 1:00 PM to make sandwiches and prepare everything for distribution. -
Distribute Meals:
At 3:00 PM, we’ll head to LeBauer Park to hand out the meals and drinks (coffee and hot chocolate provided by us) to those in need.
It’s simple, impactful, and a wonderful way to give back this holiday season.
